Late Night Televison

The first of favourite things to come, chosen because it’s that time of night. Late night tv in our home has always been passive and never compulsory. It’s something to listen to occasionally while checking email, gaming or crafting and to diffuse the news with a bit of humor. It’s treated like visual radio. Johnny Carson was my intro to this world and Ed’s voice is indelibly woven into the history of late night. I’m not going to get into preferences of who over who because there’s always the control to flip with the remote depending on who’s being interviewed or playing. ;) Top ten lists are favoured, as are skits. And if they feature a Scottish-American starting his show with puppets, even better! We should all be reminded It’s a great day for America, everybody. And if happens not to be, Craig will undoubtedly give us heartfelt musings to help steer both his and our thoughts.
